Café & Wine Bar “Sacher Eck’” at Hotel Sacher Wien
The “Sacher Eck´” in the Hotel Sacher Wien on the corner Kärntner Straße/Philharmonikerstraße was opened in April 2003. This elegant bar impresses with its modern architecture and is a popular meeting place in the evening and during lunch break. Here you can treat yourself to small Sacher snacks, a large variety of Austrian sweets and of course, the Original Sacher-Torte.
The doors of the adjacent "Schanigarten" (terrace) in the Philharmonikerstraße are open during good weather so that guests are able to enjoy the unrestricted view onto the Opera House. During the warm summer days we provide a generous terrace in the pedestrian zone of the Kärntner Straße.
The drinks list includes coffee, tea and drinking-chocolate specialties as well as a well-endowed assortment of 35 Austrian wines, available by the glass or by the bottle.
